We start the process by obtaining a through and first-hand understanding of the destination/partner product, involving structured research, personal visits and meaningful discussions with the partner. This is followed by the articulation of a clear and compelling 'Destination Value Proposition' (DVP) for the product. Where relevant we customize the DVP to suit different market segments and customer needs linked to the USP's of the destination and create customized experiences/sample itineraries. We ensure that our team stays updated on new development and marketing angles and evolve the DVP accordingly.

In essence, our approach is aimed at creating, sustaining and continually expanding customer engagement for the partner product/destination.

JOP has a large and rich database of Agents and Operators with relevant data that helps us target our destination marketing efforts. We have in-house capability to undertake database marketing efforts.
