He successfully handled a variety of assignments in Operations, Customer Services, Sales, Marketing and Business Development with Panam, Delta Airlines, United Airlines and Emirates Airlines, and was instrumental in establishing Pearl Travels as the largest Airline Consolidator in India. Suneel is a strong customer advocate with a passion for creating and operating businesses that are differentiated and deliver best-in-class products, high quality service and excellent value for money !
Mr. Bhushan Sehgal (Vice President- Operations)
Bhushan has been associated with travel industry for over 20 years. He has deep domain experience of the Corporate Travel Business and has previously held key positions at Pearl International, TSI and Lionel India. Bhushan has a keen eye for operations and is constantly striving to deliver excellent service to clients & customers. Bhushan manages all aspects of Operations and Service Delivery for Joel of Pearl Group.

A skilled travel trade professional with 9 years of comprehensive experience across travel operations, finance coordination, airline and hotel contracting, and international stakeholder management. Possesses deep operational expertise in managing end-to-end travel services, including reservations, flight and hotel bookings, visa coordination, tour scheduling, and departure management for individual and group travel.
Proficient in the use of travel industry software and technology platforms for reservations, booking management, and customer communication, ensuring operational accuracy and service efficiency. Brings strong capabilities in documentation, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, honed through work with international partners and government stakeholders

Astha Khanna is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of experience in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning. A Chartered Accountant, she currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Joel of Pearl Travels Pvt. Ltd. She plays a pivotal role in driving financial discipline, optimizing costs, strengthening governance, and supporting sustainable growth. Her sharp analytical insight and hands-on leadership ensure robust financial health and long-term value creation for the organization.
